Refund policy
At YariShops, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent return and refund experience. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered, you may request a return within 24–48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with proper proof such as images or videos. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup where available; in cases where reverse pickup is not serviceable, you may be required to self-ship the product to our provided address. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact to be eligible for return. Please note that certain items such as personal use products, innerwear, or items marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons. After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days and will be processed back to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may be asked to provide bank account details or UPI ID to process the refund. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Orders that are returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery (RTO cases) may not be eligible for refunds or may incur deductions for shipping and handling charges. YariShops reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions or appears fraudulent. By placing an order with YariShops, you agree to this return and refund policy.
